This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit ingenters.com or contact us, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Datenschutzgesetz (DSG).

1. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) in the Frankfurt region (fra1). When you access the site, the server processes your IP address, the requested URL, user agent, referrer and time of access in server logs for the purpose of delivering the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; we have a data processing agreement with Vercel. The data processing addendum is part of Vercel's terms of service.
2. Language choice
The site uses the country of your IP address to decide whether to show you the German or the English version. If you switch the language yourself, we store that choice in a strictly necessary cookie (lang, one year). It holds only the language code and is not used for analytics; no consent is required for it.
3. Analytics
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., hosted in the EU at eu.i.posthog.com) to understand how the site is used. PostHog is configured without cookies and without local storage; no session recordings, no autocapture. We record page views and a small set of interaction events (e.g. "contact form submitted") together with a truncated IP address that is not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in improving the site. Because no identifiers are stored on your device, no consent banner is required. The data processing agreement is part of PostHog's terms of service.
4. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, your message) to answer your request and, if applicable, prepare a first conversation (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Form submissions are delivered by email via Resend (Resend Inc., USA; EU data residency enabled) and are not stored in a database on our side. The data processing agreement is part of Resend's terms of service. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Fonts, scripts, embeds
All fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. We do not embed third-party fonts, maps, videos or social-media widgets. Links to LinkedIn or Cal.com open the respective providers' sites; their privacy notices apply there.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to hello@ingenters.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
