Industrial operations

Move from AI assistance to AI execution.

A single case rarely lives in one application. It moves across people, systems, channels and rules. Ingenters builds agents that coordinate that movement and carry the case to resolution.

Order & logistics operations

  1. 01Order intake
  2. 02Order validation
  3. 03ERP entry
  4. 04Availability
  5. 05Order changes
  6. 06Scheduling
  7. 07Dispatch
  8. 08Transport coordination
  9. 09Delivery communication
  10. 10Exception handling
  11. 11Status requests

02

Not every process should become agentic.

We prioritise workflows by:

  1. 01high case volume
  2. 02repeatable structure
  3. 03several system interactions
  4. 04unstructured input
  5. 05measurable effort today
  6. 06frequent but describable exceptions
  7. 07reuse potential across companies

High operational value. High product potential. If a workflow only has one of the two, we say so.

What a first engagement actually looks like

Four to six weeks. Fixed scope. Real numbers.

First engagement — 6 weeks

  1. Week 1–2We sit with the team that does the work. No slides. We watch cases.
  2. Week 3–4We quantify: frequency, time per case, systems touched, decisions, exception rate, cost.
  3. Week 5–6You get a documented business case: which steps an agent can take, expected reliability, what it saves, what it costs, and what we'd build first.

What we need from you

One process owner, roughly two hours of your team's time per week, and read access to the systems involved. That's it.

What you own afterwards

The analysis, whether or not you build with us.

04

Expansion areas

Sales & customer operations and quality & compliance operations follow – when the underlying workflows can reuse the same infrastructure. Not before.
