Trust

Trust is the product decision, not the compliance chapter.

Six things an industrial company asks a young vendor. Answered in writing, before you ask.

  1. 01

    Where your data lives

European hosting. Subprocessors listed. No training on your data.

You can see where every byte is processed, and you can change the model behind an agent without changing where your data goes.

  2. 02

    What the agent may do

Permissions per system, per action, per case type. Explicit, reviewable, revocable.

An agent never holds more rights than the people it supports. Every permission has an ID, and every line in the log names the permission it ran under.

  3. 03

    What is logged

Every decision, tool call, system action and escalation. Exportable.

Your auditors get the same log your team sees – not a summary.

  4. 04

    AI Act & GDPR

Article 50 transparency has been live since 2 August 2026: our agents identify themselves as AI in every communication with people – email, chat, phone.

Most order-operations use cases are not high-risk under Annex III; we document that assessment per use case. High-risk obligations: Annex III from December 2027, Annex I from August 2028.

GDPR by design: data minimisation, purpose binding, a processing agreement for every engagement.

  5. 05

Your people and your works council

Introducing an AI worker is a co-determination matter in Austria (§ 96/96a ArbVG) and Germany (§ 87 BetrVG). We treat it as one from the first workshop, not after the objection.

We provide the documentation your Betriebsrat needs – what the agent does, what it may access, what is logged, where humans stay in control.

  6. 06

    Your process knowledge

What we learn from you does not go to your competitors.

We build reusable technology – runtime, connectors, rules engine, evaluation infrastructure. We do not move your process knowledge, your decision logic or your commercial rules to another company in your market. That is written into every design partner agreement, and it applies to every customer without exception.

Generic components go into the platform. Your process stays yours.

Every answer above is in writing before the first meeting. The rest we put in the contract.
