Industry has software. Now it needs agency.
For decades we digitised where information is stored. ERP stores the order. CRM stores the customer. TMS stores the transport. People still carry the work between them.
The next layer won't store or display. It will act.
01 · Where we come from
We didn't start in an AI lab. We started in an operation.
LIVE OPERATIONS · EXISTING INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES · REAL ORDER VOLUME
Ingenters was founded out of a European industrial group. Our first agents run against a live operation: real order volume, several plants, an own fleet, seasonal peaks, and the dispatchers who will tell us within a day when an agent is wrong.
Most agent startups develop against demo systems and discover reality at the customer. We develop inside reality and productise what survives it.
The same rule applies there as everywhere: process-specific knowledge stays with the company it came from. Only generic components go into the Ingenters platform.
02 · Our model
Projects aren't the end product. They're how we discover it.
- 01real operations
- 02discover workflows
- 03deploy agents
- 04run real cases
- 05learn patterns
- 06build reusable components
- 07productise
- 08deploy across companies
- 01
Build with industry
Agents in live operations, with design partners who have skin in the game.
- 02
Productise what repeats
Connectors, rules, evaluation – the parts that survive a second company.
- 03
Build the agentic layer
The system of action above the systems of record.
Every implementation must make the product better.
Built with industry. Productised for industry.
